The Healthcare Revenue Leadership Summit represents a defining moment for the revenue cycle profession, and a bold step forward in how leaders engage, collaborate, and shape the future of healthcare finance.

This is not a traditional conference. This is a summit - designed with purpose, built for impact, and driven by a new vision for leadership.

A New Era for Revenue Cycle Leadership

The Association of Revenue Cycle Professionals (ARCP) has rapidly emerged as a leading voice in elevating the revenue cycle profession. Built on the belief that revenue cycle professionals are not just operational leaders, but strategic drivers of healthcare delivery, ARCP is redefining what it means to lead in this space.

That evolution culminates here.

The Healthcare Revenue Leadership Summit introduces a new industry model: one that moves beyond passive learning and into active leadership, engagement, and influence.

Capitol Building

More Than a Conference:
A Dual-Purpose Summit

1. Collaboration & Best Practices

Revenue cycle professionals from across the country will come together to:

  • Share real-world strategies that are working today

  • Exchange ideas across hospital systems, specialties, and markets

  • Learn directly from industry leaders who are solving today’s toughest challenges

This is where innovation meets execution. Where attendees don’t just hear about solutions, they engage with the people implementing them.

2. Policy Engagement & Industry Leadership

Equally important, this summit creates a platform for something the industry has long needed:

  • A seat at the table.

  • ARCP is leading a movement to ensure revenue cycle professionals are not just reacting to policy, but helping shape it.

Attendees will:

Engage

Engage in meaningful discussions on healthcare policy impacting hospitals and patients

Define

Help define priorities that affect reimbursement, compliance, and patient access

Participate

Participate in conversations that bridge the gap between operations and policymaking

This is where the profession steps forward from the back office to the policy table.

A New Model: Education + Advocacy

For too long, the industry has treated education and advocacy as separate tracks.

ARCP is changing that.

The Healthcare Revenue Leadership Summit integrates:

  • Continuing education that strengthens operational excellence

  • Policy engagement that drives systemic change

Because what happens in Washington and state capitals directly impacts:

  • Hospital financial performance

  • Patient access to care

  • The sustainability of healthcare delivery systems

This summit ensures professionals are equipped not only to manage change, but to lead it.

Why We Chose The Phoenix Park Hotel

The Phoenix Park Hotel is one of Washington, D.C.’s most iconic historic hotels. Originally opened in 1927 as the Commodore Hotel, it was built to serve travelers arriving through nearby Union Station. In 1982, the property was restored and renamed by Irish-American entrepreneur Daniel J. Coleman, who transformed it into a landmark celebrating Irish heritage.

Today, the hotel is recognized by Historic Hotels of America and remains one of the city’s longest continuously operating hotels. Located just steps from the U.S. Capitol and Union Station, it offers a unique blend of historic charm, modern amenities, and unparalleled access to the heart of Washington.

Selecting the Phoenix Park Hotel as the host venue for our inaugural summit is both practical and symbolic. Its location places attendees at the center of the nation’s healthcare, policy, and business communities, while its nearly 100-year legacy reflects the significance of launching an initiative designed to create lasting impact.

Known for hosting government leaders, policymakers, and industry executives, the Phoenix Park provides a distinguished setting that reinforces our mission. Its intimate atmosphere also encourages the meaningful networking, collaboration, and relationship-building that are essential to a successful inaugural event.

By bringing together innovation and tradition in one of Capitol Hill’s most respected venues, the Phoenix Park Hotel offers the ideal backdrop for establishing what we believe will become a premier annual summit.
